Our story begins with a bowl of pho created by our grandmother over 100 years ago that has brought great joy and memories to her family and friends in Vietnam. As a third-generation pho chef, we are delighted to share that same traditional and authentic pho recipe with our patrons and community. We strive to uphold our grandmother’s traditional cooking techniques as well as incorporating more modern and refined cooking methods.

I ordered the Tai Chin. The beef broth is so delicious. It has a very hearty beef flavor for a broth. I also ordered the crispy spring rolls, which had good flavor. I would definitely eat here again
